Comments: Private Hello Phil Mitchell We haven't caught since the
first game of the 1994/95 football season at Millwall when the Shrimpers
paid a visit there for the first game of the season, .... they lost that
one as well. I was over in London last year for the wedding of my younger
brother but didn't have time to catch up with you although I did get in
a game at Roots Hall, ... another loss, this time to Cambridge! Anyway,
now to the present and I am pleased to see that you are back in action
with the Feelgood's and releasing some new product. What's the chances
of of a tour down under again, it must be nearly 10 years since you last
hit these parts with Lee Brilleaux & co. If you are looking at selling
CD's/product in Australia I may be able to help out as a mate of mine works
on a music magazine here that also sells specilaist CD's (blues, roots
etc:). Please let me know if I can help spread the Feelgood name there.
I have also resumed my musical career after a 20 year break and am playing
drums again with a band called Middle Aged Spread! ... a weddings, party,
pub band. In the meantime, take care and have a good Xmas & New Year,
see you next century and go Shrimpers!!!! Cheers, John Dunton (Address
left out. Gabi).

Comments: Wonderfull site. Saw the Feelgoods last night 9/12/99 in Cambridge,
as usual they were the best. Keep up the good work Gabi. Hope to catch
you in the chat room soon. Only seen them live 6 times, three thankfully
with the main man and my hero LEE BRILLEAUX. Seen Wilko live three times
now (what a guy). My brother saw Dr Feelgood in the early days in Cambridge
with the original line up (LUCKY SOD). If only I had been older at the
time I would have seen them as well. God bless you Lee. NICK

Comments: Forgot to mention that I've seen Dr. Feelgood 3 times until now.
The first time was way back in 1983 or 1984 in Turku. I remember especially
Feelgood's new guitar player (young Gordon Russell), who did a fine Shotgun
blues with echo. The second time was also in Turku in the late 80's, when
I had the opportunity to change a couple of words with Lee Brilleaux, when
he was walking with a bottle of beer in his hand across the audience before
the gig. The last time was two years ago in Helsinki. I was eager to see
the guy who had the guts to step into Lee's boots, and expected to see
some kind of piteous clone. I'm glad that I was totally wrong. Pete is
made of the same wood than Lee, but he has his own style - full of rough
charisma.
